Liaquat Baloch is a bit moody about PM going to Modi’s swearing ceremony

PM going to India on his own desire: Liaquat Baloch

The Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) secretary general Liaquat Baloch said on Sunday that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was attending the oath-taking ceremony of Indian prime minister-designate Narendra Modi to fulfil his own desire and he bypassed the parliament and political parties in this regard.

Talking to media persons from Okara, Liaquat Baloch said the one-on-one meeting between the prime ministers of Pakistan and India was impossible owing to such a large gathering of leaders from all over the world in India for the oath-taking ceremony.

The JI leader said giving the title of ‘Baba-e-Qaum’ to the MQM chief Altaf Hussain by the party’s activists was an insult to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He said the MQM leaders have lost their mind by giving this title to their leader. He said the Supreme Court can’t take notice of every move of the MQM, as according to him, the whole agenda of that party was against Pakistan. He said the nation will have to decide how to get rid of the MQM.
