We have all the knowledge in our black box but when it comes to ‘cheap rates’ we stop bothering to accelerate that relevant knowledge for the wellbeing. The source of this scrapped plastic is not only across our country’s boundaries, but it is something happening within country as well. When all the used plastic material, blood bags, savage pipes, egg containers start transforming into the melted form it gives out extremely hazardous gases including styrene gas, dioxin etc which are easily absorbed in the environment and then we take it inside our body through respiration affecting our lungs and skin.
Research shows that due to recycling of plastic, there is an aggravate risk of heart diseases, respiratory ailments, and damages in nervous system etc. Transformed plastic then becomes a major ingredient of making different PVC products that target all the age groups with products like babies’ feeders, chewing gummer tools, water bottles, cosmetics, straws, utensils, laboratory equipment through which we swallow all those harmful materials and promote those deadly effects in us. This is an easily stoppable issue by the authorities but no one is paying any attention to this. I request all the high authorities to put an eye on this hot potato problem and take some steps for banning this hazardous material’s import as well as production and on the small scale every individual must avoid plastic usage and its recycling in order to keep away oneself from its effects. Undoubtedly prevention is better than cure!
