Another polio case surfaced on Friday, mounting the total tally of polio-affected children in the country to 67.
Polio Eradication Cell sources said that seven-month-old Malala Rasool Zaman was found affected with the virus.
This is the 67th polio case detected in the country since Jan 1, 2014.
Most of the cases have been detected in areas of FATA, where the children have been deprived of anti-polio vaccines due to a ban from militant organisations and security threats.
