Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to open three new sectors in the federal capital.
Plans have been finalised and lay out plan has been evolved in connection with these three new sectors which will soon be forwarded to CDA Board for approval.
The survey for determining compensation of the houses located in these sectors has not been conducted so far as certain influential persons are impeding this process because they want to hoodwink CDA to receive compensation against bogus rooms. However, such fraudulent tactics will not work this time as the survey will be conducted by Punjab Urban unit and not CDA.
Sources said land for the new sectors including C-13, C-14 and C-15 has been acquired under land sharing formula. Total area of C-14 covers 1,500 kanals wherein 840 plots measuring 40×80 and 50×90 will be developed. Sector C-15 is having the area of 3,850 kanals where 1,883 plots will be developed with the breakup of 1,054 plots measuring 50×90 size and 829 plots of 25×50 size. Sector C-16 is stretching over 7,500 kanals wherein 4,352 plots will be developed.
All these three sectors are located in Margalla Avenue.
