Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif will leave for Afghanistan tomorrow (on Monday) for attending the tripartite meeting scheduled in Kabul, a private news channel reported.

Afghan defence ministry spokesperson said that Pakistan, Afghanistan and Isaf tripartite talks would begin on Monday in which Pakistan would be represented by Army Chief General Raheel Sharif, while the officials of the allied forces and Afghan defence minister would also be attending this meeting.

This is the 37th round of such meetings being held at a time when the situation on Afghan and Pakistan borders is tense due to firing incidents.
