Another polio case was reported from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) on Wednesday, taking the total number of such cases to 62 so far.
The National Institute of Health (NIH) said that P-1 type polio virus was detected in a two and a half year old child hailing from Bara tehsil of Khyber Agency. The tally of polio cases detected since Jan 1 has climbed to 62, of which 48 belong to FATA.
