Veteran actress Badar Khalil has announced retirement from acting as she has plans to move to Canada for good.
Khalil is undoudedly one of few actress who has given a whole lot meaning to character roles with her mesmerizing performance. She has always touched our hearts with her classical acts – be it loving Aani of Tanhayian or a jealous doctor of Dhoop Kinary we always admire her.

One of her most memorable characters definitely include Anwar Maqsood’s ‘ Half Plate in which she made us laugh in a role of a shoqia shayra.
4. Bee Jamalo in BeeJamalo
Badar rose to fame in the late 70’s after her uncanny portrayal of ‘Bee Jamalo’ in the eponymous play, directed by Shahzad Khalil whom she had married in real life. Her note-perfect performance as the wilycharacter made her a star and many others.
