Stallholders affected due to construction work at Sector H-9 would be accommodated
Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Maroof Afzal has said that due to construction work on Peshawar Morr interchange, the affected stallholders of weekly bazaar at Sector H-9 would be accommodated so that the construction work on interchange could not suffer.
CDA Chairman said that weekly bazaars in the Federal Capital play vital role for provision of daily used quality edible items to the consumers on cheaper rates, however, construction of interchange at Peshawar Morr is the dire need of the time to cope with the ever increase traffic problems, he added.
He said that with the construction of Peshawar Morr interchange and completion of construction work on Kashmir Highway, the people would get an easy access to H-9 weekly bazaar and would also ease the pressure of traffic in the area.
He asked the concerned formations of the Authority to chalk out a plan to accommodate the affected stallholders of the weekly bazaar so that they could be facilitated.
