PM reaches Tehran on two-day visit

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif received a traditional warm welcome as he landed Tehran on a two-day official visit to Iran.

According to Foreign Office spokesperson Tasneem Aslam, it is prime minister’s first official visit to Iran after taking responsibility for the government.

The PM is accompanied by the foreign minister, foreign affairs advisor, petroleum minister and Balochistan chief minister.

Nawaz Sharif will have face-to-face meetings with Iran’s President Hassan Rohani during his visit to discuss the bilateral relations between the two countries and other important issues.

PM will also meet the senior religious clerics of Iran.

    You mean to say that Nawaz Sharif is accompanying himself ?

  2. And why is he aping the 'salute' of ex-Coas and ex-President Musharraf. Poor man is neither smart nor sincere. And re those accompanying him, aren't they economic experts in transfer??
