Classes in under-construction Shahbaz Sharif Boys Degree College Rawalpindi will commence from September this year.
The construction of the degree college named after Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif located in Khayaban-e-Sir Syed is in full swing and expected to be completed by the end of June.
Initially, requirement of 11 teaching and 14 non-teaching staff has been sent to the provincial government for approval.
Director Colleges, Hamayun Iqbal said that teachers and non-teaching staff will be increased with the rise in the number of students in the college. He said admissions will be started after the declaration of matric results.
