So, PEMRA has given a directive to the channels to take azaan breaks in their programming. Well, this sort of forced piety is questionable at best but a problem of a global nature has also arisen as a result. Yes, literally global. Our planet is a globe that revolves around the sun.
The satellite channels of our outfits can’t show the same azaan in London, Lahore and Louisiana.
You don’t need a PhD in astrophysics from MIT to know that much.

Ehtasab-ur-Rahman, the federal government’s accountability czar in the last tenure of the League, had since fallen out of favour with them. Perhaps because he came clean about the witch-hunt he had launched against the Bhuttos at his master’s voice.
Well, he was conspicuously present at the launch of a massive infrastructure recently. Qatari money, Chinese technology.
This was because he had arranged the money. It’s all good, all forgiven if you can bring some cash.
you are a fool! currently if a program is aired at 20:00 PST it is not telecast in London at 16:00 (BST) instead it is telecasted at the same local time! and same goes for the azaan! it will be aired according to their relevant times! If a morning show is aired in Pakistan at 9am in the morning it is done same in UK, USA and other nations!
