Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices and sought reply in 15 days from parties in case against appointment of Pakistan Television (PTV) Network Managing Director (MD) Muhammad Malick.
A bench headed by Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui heard the case here Wednesday.
The appellant former MD PTV Mustafa in his petition stated that the incumbent MD Muhammad Malick is defaulter being a head of his ‘Ad Agency’ which is Rs 7,000,000. He pointed that Malick’s appointment was made illegally.
The court issued notices to the Establishment and the Secretary Information secretary.
