Police revealed on Tuesday that the US citizen, arrested at the Karachi airport on Monday, was on a secret mission in Pakistan.
According to initial investigation report, police have found some secret spying tools including pen-camera and official cards from the possession of US citizen. The report said the nature of the mission undertaken by the arrested man was being investigated by law enforcers. The court has already remanded the arrested man to a police remand till May 10.
Joel Cox was arrested after some bullets and a magazine were recovered from his possession just before boarding Islamabad-bound flight from Karachi last evening.
A case was registered against him under the Sindh Arms Act.
