At least two people were killed and two other injured on Monday when unidentified men attacked NATO supplies containers in Khyber Agency.
According to eyewitnesses, the containers were ambushed by armed men as they entered Khyber Agency. The assailants shot at the vehicles and later set them on fire.
As a result of the indiscriminate firing, one person was killed on the spot and another succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital whereas two others were taken to a hospital in Peshawar in an injured state.
The NATO containers were partially damaged.
So far no one has claimed responsibility for the attack. According to the administration, a search operation has begun in the area.
