PPP leader joins PML

PPP leader Khalid Mustafa Bajwa called on Punjab Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President Pervaiz Elahi at his residence and announced to join the PML.
Khalid said that his father Ghulam Mustafa Bajwa and brother Tariq Bajwa were PPP lawmakers. He said that people were remembering service and measures taken by Pervaiz Elahi as the Punjab chief minister for progress, development and prosperity of the province. He said that law and order situation during Pervaiz Elahi’s tenure was far better. He said people were getting neither gas nor electricity, those claiming to end power load shedding in six months were now talking about worst electricity crisis for the people.
Welcoming Bajwa and his colleagues into the party fold, the PML leader said, “We do politics to serve the people and never leave our friends in their time of need. We had provided maximum employment opportunities to the people. We had worked with proper planning, constructed roads and also provided Rescue 1122 as well as hospitals, schools, colleges and established police patrolling posts, ensured provision of free education and medicines not like them had spent entire budget of education, health and other sectors on the road of one route, today all evils, including dearness, crime and injustice were on the increase touching new heights.”
