Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Rana Abdul Jabbar has order all police stations of the city to carry out search operations in their respective jurisdictions following the threats of terror activities in various cities of the province including the provincial capital.
According to sources, police and other law enforcement agencies (LEAs) received information of possible terror attacks in Punjab.
Under the directives issued by the DIG, Divisional SPs will supervise the search operations, while 100 vehicles of police will patrol in the city during the search operations.
