334 buildings sealed in Rawalpindi for defaulting property tax
The Excise and Taxation Department Rawalpindi has sealed 334 residential and commercial buildings in 23 circles of the city for defaulting property tax.
The department also recovered Rs1.475 million from various tax defaulters in different areas including Murree Road, SatelliteTown, Pir Wadhai, Raja Bazaar, Faizabad, Sadiqabad, Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, Pandora and other areas.
The owners of the properties sealed are defaulting Rs2.4 million in terms of property tax.
