Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon on Friday said that action would be taken against those who deteriorated law and order in the city.
Talking to newsmen, he said all those who forcefully get the shops and markets closed were also terrorists. “We shall arrest and punish the people involved in the killing of the MQM workers,” he said. The minister clearly said that no law enforcement agency was involved in the kidnapping and killing of MQM workers. He was not happy over the strike, saying millions of the people were daily wagers who suffered great loses to the strikes. Memon also said that several banned outfits were present in the city.
