Senior police officer claimed that the Karachi police have arrested a target killer allegedly involved in 27 murders.
South SSP Nasir Aftab has said that eight workers of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Lyari gangster Arshad Pappu were among the victims of the arrested target killer, a private news channel reported on Friday.
Highlighting the modus operandi of the target killer the police officer said he abducted his victims and after subjecting them to torture killed them.
