Strike in Sindh on JSQM’s call

A strike was observed in various cities of Sindh on a call given by Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) on Wednesday after police refused to register a murder FIR of its slain party leaders.

Two senior JSQM leaders, Maqsood Qureshi, brother of late JSQM chairman

Bashir Khan Qureshi, and Salman Wadho were killed on March 21.

Their bodies were found in a burnt car near Naushero Feroz town.

Business activities in Jacobabad, Thal, Garhi Khairu, Khairpur, Naushero Feroz, Moro, Mehrabpur, Padidan, Kandiyaro, Bhariya and other towns were completely suspended.

Meanwhile, a partial strike was observed in Dadu, Jamshoro, Sukkur, Nawabshah, Larkana and Hyderabad.
