A resolution has been approved in the Sindh Assembly against Geo Television on Friday for leveling allegations on Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
The resolution was presented by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member of the assembly (MPA) Khurram Sher Zaman.
The resolution stated that the Geo News’ allegations on ISI were condemnable and no one had any right to level allegations on defense institutions of the country. They assembly have respect of freedom of expression but cannot tolerate accusations against country’s defense institutions at all.
