A local court has issued arrest warrants of a 15 month old child named Mohammad Ibrahim on grounds of wall chalking on Saturday, a private news channel reported.
The arrest warrant was issued after the infant did not appear in the hearing. According to police, the child is a dangerous suspect who violated the Code of Conduct of the elections through malicious wall chalking, using intimidating language to force votes for his candidate through fear and intimidation.
MNA Nawabzada Mazhar Ali Khan, MPA Major (r) Moin Nawaz and Ghazanfar Ali Gul have also been accused in the case as well.
The case was filed on the orders of Election Commission of Pakistan.
