Five nabbed with fake travelling documents at Lahore Airport
Airport Security Force (ASF) arrested five men attempting to travel to foreign with fake documents on Friday.
The immigration officials said that at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore, during verification, documents and visas of five passengers were found to be bogus.
The ASF arrested the accused who were scheduled to fly to South Africa, Dubai and Greece through private airline flights.
The detainees were identified as Maqsood Ahmed hailing from Pasrur, Yasir Sharif belonging to Faisalabad district, Shamshad Ali of Chichawatni, Sheikh Akhtar hailing from Okara and Muhammad Zahid of Sahiwal.
The detainees said that they were deceived by the fraudulent travel agent to whom they paid millions of rupees.
A case has been registered against the nabbed accused and police have started raids to arrest the travel agent.
