The Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered an inquiry against Sub-Inspector Shafiq Tanoli on Wednesday.
The case of illegal detention of citizens was heard in the Sindh High Court. Nazir submitted a report of two persons who went missing from Gulbai area to the court on which the bench expressed anger.
The bench ordered Shafiq Tanoli to appear in the hearing within an hour and issued warrants. The bench, during the session, also ordered a missing person named Mairajuddin to be brought to the court.
The court also ordered CCPO to submit the investigation report until May 6.
Tanoli has been accused of illegally occupying two houses after keeping a tire trader named Shehzad Alam in illegal detention.
