LAHORE-

The ‘controversial video clip’ case against film actress Meera and Captain Naveed will now be moving under the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) following ruling by a sessions court on Monday, reported a private news channel.

The court order came when the police informed the court that the right to register the said case against the film actress and her accomplice came under the jurisdiction of FIA.

The petition filed against the two claimed that the leaked controversial video of the couple on internet had brought shame to the nation.

The film actress maintains that the video is fake and is an attempt to affect her repute and credibility.
The couple was summoned several times by the court but it did not appear for the hearing.

Upon their last absence from hearing, police was ordered to register a case against the duo.
