An anti-terrorist court (ATC) on Tuesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MNA Nawab Khan Wasan in the murder case of Pakistan Muslim League Functional (PML-F) activist.
The Khairpur ATC heard the murder case of the PML-F activist against the PPP MNA which occurred on May 11th last year on the election day. The ATC judge ordered him to appear before the court on Tuesday but due to his absence, the ATC issued non-bailable warrant to the PPP MNA.
The ATC has ordered police to produce the accused before the court in the next hearing on April 26.
