Pindi courts attack leaves two dead, two injured

Two people were killed while two others were injured when four gunmen attacked their rivals at the district courts on Friday.

Rawalpindi RPO Akhtar Hayat Lalika said the men opened fire on Advocate Sardar Ameer Khan, killing him and Sardar Ameer Abbas in front of the district courts’ gate. He said that Khan had been the target and the incident was apparently a result of old rivalry.

The policemen deputed on duty retaliated with gunfire and arrested the four attackers.
