QUETTA
A two-kilogramme bomb exploded in sabzi mandi (vegetable market) in Quetta on Saturday, but no loss of life was reported.
According to police sources, explosives rigged with sharp nails were hidden inside a banana crate at the city’s biggest vegetable market. The crate was placed besides a consignment of fresh tomatoes which was brought from Lasbela. Security officials arrived at the scene and collected evidence.
