The police on Friday conducted search operation in various areas of Tarnol including village `Dore’ and arrested 33 suspects, two proclaimed offenders besides recovering narcotics and illegal weapons from them, a police spokesman said.
According to details, AIG (Operations) has categorically directed all police officials to ensure effective policing and search in their respective areas.
Following his directions, SP (Saddar) Muhammad Ilyas along with SDPO and SHOs conducted search operation in Tarnol area including village `Dore’.
The police team arrested two proclaimed offenders identified as Jehanzeb , Lehrasib and 33 other suspects besides recovering weapons and narcotics from them. Further investigation is underway from these nabbed persons.
AIG (Operations) has further directed all police officials to conduct search operation at under construction buildings, plazas and slum areas in their respective jurisdictions. He directed them to remain in contact with Eagles, Falcon squads so that they may approach for their help in case of any mishap. He also asked to verify mobile record of the nabbed suspects to know whether they have contacts with criminals or not.
