New members will be joining the renowned Sufi rock group Mekaal Hasan Band from India very soon.
In a status update on its official Facebook page, MHB shared that it will be welcoming Mumbai-based vocalist Sharmistha Chatterjee, drummer Gino Banks and bassist Sheldon D’Silva as the new members while Mekaal Hasan will be on the guitar and Ahsan Papu will keep on mesmerizing us with his magical flute.
The band, formed in 1999 and known for a fusion of jazz, rock and classical music is expected to release a new album very soon.
Despite a commitment to the IMF that it will hand over the joint control of foreign exchange reserves to SBP and withdraw its finance secretary from its board to give autonomy to the central bank, even a single step in the direction has yet to be taken.
