Pakistan’s President Mamnoon Hussain said on Saturday that the nation recognizes the sacrifices given by the armed forces of the country.
President Mamnoon Hussain toured the Armed Forces Institution of Rehabilitation Medicine with Army Chief General Raheel Sharif where he said that the military has defended the country with great courage. “The nation is proud of its brave army”, he added.
He also laid a floral wreath at the monument of the martyrs and offered Fateha.
The president was also briefed on the soldiers who were injured and paralysed during the war against terrorism.
