Hockey legend Islahuddin looted

Pakistan’s former hockey team captain and Olympian, Islahuddin Siddique, was looted in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) area of the city on Saturday.

The accused made away with his car, mobile, and cash, police said. Islahuddin played between 1967 and 1978 leading Pakistan to glory at the World Cup, Champions Trophy and Asian games. He also won a silver medal at the Munich Olympics (1972) and bronze in Montreal (1976).
