Hashoo Foundation commemorates 1,700 scholarships
Hashoo Foundation, Pakistan hosted its First Alumni Get Together on 30th at Marriott Hotel, Islamabad. The Foundation celebrated a decade of successfully assisting deserving youth through Hashoo Foundation Scholarships. The prestigious event recognized the challenges and achievements of Hashoo Foundation’s Alumni, during their education and within their respective fields.
The Alumni Get Together was graced by numerous senior dignitaries from all walks of life including the Patron in Chief, Chairman Hashoo Group Mr. Sadruddin Hashwani. The Get Together involved inspirational speeches from beneficiaries of the Scholarship Program, cultural dances and musical performances.
The Patron in Chief, Chairman Hashoo Group Mr. Sadruddin Hashwani presented awards to the high achieving alumni of the Scholarship Program.
Chairperson Hashoo Foundation, Ms. Sarah Hashwani said it was an emotional occasion for her as she had interacted with so many of the alumni on a personal basis and understood how far each individual had come in their journey. She was proud to announce that Hashoo Foundation has provided 1,700 scholarships to date. She further added, that Hashoo Foundation has empowered the alumni to inspire youth throughout Pakistan. She tasked the Foundation to develop a strong Alumni Network that will track alumni achievements and provide a platform for them to contribute to the program as mentors.
