FCCI & YCCI sign MoU to enhance trade

Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) and Yantai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (YCCI), China, inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to facilitate their members to enhance bilateral trade between the two countries. Yantai Chamber was represented by Tan Chengce, Head of Delegation and Vice President YCCI while on behalf of FCCI its President Engr Suhail Bin Rashid exchanged the MOU documents during the visit of Yantai Chamber Delegation to FCCI here Saturday.

Tan said that the Yantai Chamber has 16000 members who are representing various sectors including steel, mining, construction, garments, international trade etc. He appreciated the hospitality and warmth of FCCI and said that they would be happy to invest in this part of Pakistan.

“We are here to have direct linkages with local entrepreneurs and explore opportunities for investment in various fields”, he said and added that it would not only strengthen our brotherly links but also pave the way for future progress and prosperity of the two countries. He quoted the last visit of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to Beijing in which Pakistan was declared as economic corridor of the region and said that this time is very appropriate to further extend our economic relationship to materialize this objective. He also explained in detail the potential of Yantai and said that it is also a best tourist destination and he would feel proud in receiving maximum Pakistani businessmen and tourists to visit this beautiful coastal area.
