Member National Assembly and leader of Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) Hamza Shahbaz on Friday advised the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) patron-in-chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari not to politicise the issue of terrorism, a private news channel reported.
Shahbaz, speaking to media representatives, said the PPP leader makes statements without thinking.
He urged Bilawal to refrain from politics over such a serious issue of terrorism.
Shahbaz’s remarks were in reply to Thursday’s tweet of the PPP leader in which he announced that he had received a threat note from the banned militant outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi.
Moreover, Bilawal’s tweet stated that if he was attacked, he would hold the Punjab government responsible.
Hamza in response to Bilawal, also expressed his best wishes for him.
“May Allah protect Bilawal Bhutto Zardari,” prayed Hamza.
Meanwhile in Karachi, Sindh Assembly (SA) unanimously passes a resolution against threats to the PPP Patron-in-Chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
The resolution was presented in the SA by Abdul Sattar Rajpar.
