At least five people died and 15 others sustained injuries when a passenger bus overturned in Kamalia District of Punjab, officials said on Thursday.
Police and rescue officials said the incident took place near Fatiana Chowk area of Kamalia where a passenger bus went out of the driver’s control and overturned.
Five people died on the spot while 15 passengers were injured in the mishap, officials said, adding that condition of some injured was reported critical.
Rescue teams arrived on the scene and shifted the wounded to Kamalia DHQ Hospital.
