Maulana Sami-ul-Haq has said that Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has accepted certain demands laid by the federal government of Pakistan, ARY News reports on Saturday.
In a statement, Maulana Sami-ul-Haq said that there are no deadlocks in the peace process between Pakistan and Taliban militants.
“The situation is improving in certain areas including the peace process”, he added.
He further said that the militant organisation respects the decision made by the Pakistani government of announcing a cease fire.
