Justice Noor-ul-Huq Qureshi of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has dismissed the writ petition of former NESPAK MD Asad I Khan who challenged the decision of NESPAK Board of Directors about the appointment of new NESPAK MD Amjad A Khan. IHC has upheld the decision of the BoD of NESPAK for the appointment of NESPAK MD with effect from August 15, 2013.
