Two more babies on Wednesday lost their lives in the drought-hit Tharparkar, raising the death toll to 187, reported a private news channel.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the army medical camps have provided medical care to around 3,458 patients in the affected area until now.
On Tuesday, the report presented to the Sindh High Court (SHC) said that at least 1, 67,229 people had been hit by the drought-triggered famine.
The report also made shocking revelations about the criminal negligence of the Health Department, in Thar and adjoining affected areas.
