Islamabad High Court (IHC) has again issued notices to the parties concerned on a petition seeking relaxation in the conditions of Prime Minister Youth Loan Scheme (PMYLS) for women.

IHC Chief Justice Anwar Kansi took up for hearing petition filed by Zahida Sami Abbasi on Wednesday. The court during the previous hearing of this case had issued notices to secretary to prime minister, PMYLS chairperson, National Bank president, First Women Bank president and cabinet secretary.

Secretary to PM and National Bank president have not filed replies so far.

During the course of hearing, the court ordered those who have not filed reply so far should furnish their replies within two weeks.

The petitioner Abbasi took the plea that the conditions of PMYLS be relaxed for women as gazetted officer and guarantor are hardly available in villages. The hearing of the case was adjourned for two weeks.
