Gangsters killed, held in Karachi operation



Two gang war suspects were killed while three others were held in a Ranger Operation in Muslimabad area of Karachi on Wednesday, a private news channel reported.

According to the report, on receiving a tip-off regarding the presence of criminal elements in the area, Rangers launched a targeted operation in Muslimabad.

Around 300 Rangers troops, including female personnel took part in the operation along with the anti-terrorism wing.

Also on Wednesday, two gangsters were killed in police encounter in Napier area of the metropolis.

The gangsters belonged to Shiraz Comrade Group.

Weapons were also recovered from the suspects.

In Lyari, three other gangsters were held after crossfire between them and Rangers in Daryabad.
