Supreme Court Justice Amir Hani Muslim dissociating himself excused from hearing the LPG quota case on Tuesday.
Supreme Court five-member bench headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk heard the case. During the hearing, Justice Amir Hani Muslim dissociated himself from the case and said that he had been hearing the JJVL cases in Sindh and, therefore, excused from hearing this case. Later, the hearing was adjourned until the constitution of the new bench by the chief justice.
