An official of the Health Department injured a traffic sergeant during a brawl over a fine at GPO chowk in Lahore on Monday, a private news channel reported.
According to details, Rizwan had a scuffle when the traffic warden named Munawwar cut a challan against the health department official. After which Rizwan hit Munawwar with a stone and injured him.
Rizwan has been arrested and a case has also been filed against him.
