A First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against bomb and gun attacks in Lyari’s Jhatpat Market with Kalakot Police Station on Thursday.
Police have also applied the clauses of anti-terrorism law in the FIR against the deadly incident on Wednesday wherein 15 persons including women and children were killed and dozens were injured.
The case has been registered against 10 gangsters including Baba Ladla, Lala Orangi Wala, Asif Niazi, Sikandar Sikku and Nadeem Japanwala, SP City Faisal Bashir Memon said.
Police stepped up efforts for arrest of the accused and their hideouts had also been traced, the SSP city claimed. The accused will soon be arrested, he added. Moreover, two cases of the terrorism incident had also been registered with Chakiwara Police Station.
