Hackers deface Uttarakhand Govt website with ‘free Kashmir’ slogan

Hackers defaced the website of the Uttarakhand Department of Information and posted ‘free Kashmir’ and anti-India slogans.
The hacker group called Pakistan Haxors Crew, in January this year had run through the Indian Railways website, and last year the webpage of All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK), a political party in the states of Tamil Nadu, KMS reported.
Their latest target was the site, ttp://www.uttarainformation.gov.in. They posted messages like “Free Kashmir”, “Free Syria”, “Stop Spying” and “Stop Killing Muslims”.
Later, the website was pulled down for indefinite period. “The website has been closed till the time all cyber evidence, like the server footprint of the hacker, has been retrieved,” a senior government official said in an interview.
