Six FC men killed in Hangu bomb attack, two bodies found in Jamrud

HANGU/KHYBER AGENCY-

Six Frontier Corps (FC) personnel were killed when a roadside bomb exploded near their convoy in Hangu on Wednesday, private news channels reported.

According to military sources, the security forces were travelling from Hangu to Kurram Agency when it was targeted by a remote-controlled bomb planted by the road near Warmagal area on the Hangu-Kurram Agency border.

As a result, six FC men were killed while 11 others were wounded.

Also on Wednesday, two bodies were recovered in sacks from Shah Kas area of Jamrud in Khyber Agency.

Sources say the victims were shot dead.

The bodies were shifted to the morgue while authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.

  1. I wonder what is the ratio between good & bad Taliban. While Pakistani government is having dialogues with (apparently) good Taliban, the bad ones are killing both the civilians & the military personnel at will. I was never sure about the philosophy of Anarchism, now I understand. 16 hours are gone, not one comment, the silence is deafening.
