RAKIZAR, an event management and corporate training company launched its third forum in collaboration with PNY Advertising and Rays on “Building a Winning Team” at RoyalPalmGulf and Country Club, Lahore. Main objective of RAKIZAR Forum was to let the audience know how to build a winning team?

RAKIZAR forum started with recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by Pakistan’s National Anthem which stirred patriotism among the attendees. Pakistan Enterprise Development Facility (PEDF) Chairman Mr Saquib Mohyuddin was the chief guest. The guest speakers included Executive Finishing School founder president, HRSG Academy and HRS Global Training business manager and consultant Medeeha J Khan, Crescent Bahuman Limited HR and Shared Services vice president Wasif Waseem Ashraf, Allied Bank Limited (ABL) Learning and Organisation Development Group head Sohail Rizvi and Management Training Consultant and host of the programme Amna Liaqat.

The forum discussed ways through which a company can achieve organisational excellence. The speakers focused on highly effective team by aligning members into a shared goal in tough times. They also shared their thoughts and experiences on the team behind a successful leader and either they should lead or follow someone.

They further highlighted the challenges faced by a leader and take appropriate actions for the prosperity of their business. The speakers also emphasized on leadership role of CEOs and in what scenarios the company should take bold steps.
