To denounce the terrorist acts committed by the militants, different political and religious parties including Majlis-e-Wahdat-ul-Muslimeen (MWM) and Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) are observing “Anti-Taliban Day”.

The day is being observed against the terrorist attacks committed by the militant organisation. Whether suicide attacks, extremism or any other terror attack, Taliban has always claimed responsibility for spilling the blood of the people in the name of Islam and Shariah.

On this day, Ulemas of different school of thoughts will lay their demands of carrying out an action against Taliban involved in bloodshed of Pakistani civilian and security personnel. The groups will hold meetings demanding a military offensive against the terrorists who have been engaged in bloodshed.
