“Jamshed Dasti is Veena Malik of Parliament and he has lost his mental equilibrium,” said State Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali in an informal chat with the journalists outside the National Assembly just before the assembly session on Friday.
The minister held that irresponsible statement given by Dasti had sent a negative message against the elected representatives of the country in the international community. He alleged that Dasti tried to win cheap popularity by giving this statement.
No unethical activities alleged by Dasti were taking place in Parliament Lodges, he added, saying that the motive behind this statement was to capture headlines in newspapers.
It is funny, if someone said something that is truth and we all know about it anyway, then why accuse him for doing this cheap publicity etc. Etc. Let’s face and forget about it…. who cares what you do in your own time when we all know that you don’t do anything good during the time you are required to.
