Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has said that doctors are receiving extortion calls from South Africa.
Talking to media persons on Friday, Memon said extortion was not taking place in Karachi only. He said the network of the crime had spread to Islamabad and Punjab. “Doctors are receiving extortion calls from South Africa”, Memon stated. The provincial minister further said that strict action would be taken against illegal immigrants in the province. He added that scanners would be placed at the entry routes of the province. The delivery of arms within the country was a major threat to the internal security of the state, he added.
